I wrote a poem today, just thought I’d share.

It seems like now a days every body is tryna find time

Time is moving too fast

and its been hard tryna keep up with mine

I wish the hustlas sold me back minutes from my past

Hours runnin like dubs, seconds in dime bags

When I was younger I couldn’t wait to grow up

graduate school, meet a boy, stack paper, fall in love.

Yesterday I was eight, my clock stayed laggin.

Next month I’m eighteen, now who’s the one slippin?

It’s safe for me to say the best time of my life’s when

I’m inhalin the moments I won’t remember,

with people I won’t forget.

I’ll leave my past as a blur, and my future will come.

As of now I’m livin life to the fullest

until my times done.
